Naochika – Composer, multiinstrumentalist and dancer In his composition and improvisation Naochika unites most various styles of music like symphonic metal, baroque music, flamenco, minimal music and world music. In his concerts he plays barock lute, flamenco guitar, oud, violin, electric guitar and base, darbuka etc. He dances also with his own music. His style of dance is Argentinian tango with elements from another style like flamenco. Naochika was born in Japan and took his first music lessons at 5. He began to play on the stage as rock/jazz-guitarist at 15. When was 16 years old, he won the guitarist prize at Yamaha Midland Festival in Nagoya/Japan. A year later he recorded his first album. After he studied at the Cologne University of Music and Dance and the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, he appeared numerous concerts, music festivals in Europe and in Japan. In 2006 he released the album"Ryujin (Dragon God)" from Orca-Records. His new album "The Troubadour and the Knight" appears in 2010.
